Just finished my 12-week transformation with Peter, absolutely delighted with results. He took my preferences into consideration when doing my plan, great variety and choices of food provided so no boredom! A different meal plan every day. Really enjoyed my meals again. We hit my goal by Week 10 and beat my goal in Week 12. Peter has taught me how to eat right again and understand what is best for my body. I lost the amount of weight I wanted without compromising my health or strength and still enjoying life!
